What Florida Roof Cost is

Florida Roof Cost is an independent guide to roofing costs and rules in Florida, plus a free service that connects homeowners with licensed local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor. We don't inspect, repair, or replace roofs, and we don't supervise the contractors we introduce you to.

Our estimates are not quotes

The prices, ranges, and calculator on this site are estimates built from published data, offered for general information only. They are not quotes, appraisals, or guarantees. What you actually pay depends on your roof's size, pitch, materials, tear-off, access, permits, and your local market. We don't warrant that any figure is accurate or current, and you shouldn't rely on it as the basis for a financial decision. Always get written quotes from licensed contractors.

The matching service

When you submit the quote form, we may share your request with up to three licensed Florida roofing contractors, who may pay us a referral fee and who may contact you about your project. Those contractors are independent third parties. We don't guarantee their work, pricing, licensing status at any given moment, availability, or conduct, and any agreement you reach is between you and them — not us. We encourage you to verify a contractor's license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation before you hire.

Consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box and submit the form, you agree to be contacted by up to three licensed roofing contractors and by Florida Roof Cost at the phone number you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message — about your roofing project.
